The objectives are the following: For the students: - Improve their employability. - Know different techniques and working methods. - Improve their language skills. - Contribute to their personal development. - Improve your teamwork skills. For teachers: - Learn about another educational and professional system. - Know new methods and work tools. - Update and expand knowledge of the respective professional families. - Acquire confidence in the use of other languages. For the institution: - Strengthen cooperation between the world of education and training and the world of work. - Promote improvements in quality, excellence in innovation and the internationalization of our institution, in particular by promoting transnational cooperation between providers of education and training and other stakeholders. - Strengthen the international dimension of education and training, in particular through the cooperation between the program and the institutions of the partner countries in the field of VET. - Improve the teaching and learning of languages and promote the wide linguistic diversity of the EU and intercultural awareness.
We have requested this project because we wanted to improve the management of the company practices (FCT) that we carry out in our institute. We understood that by comparing it with the way of doing it in different countries and even between public and private institutes, we could detect our weaknesses in order to improve them and discover new ways of working that are not the usual ones in our country. In this way, we could improve the management of our practices. At the same time. we would meet companies and institutes that in the future could help us to carry out the different mobilities, for internships in companies and for learning by observation, in the field of FP.
