The objectives of the project can be specified by participating sectors: - Students of VET programms. The main objective of these mobilities is to improve linguistic competence in another language, to promote knowledge of the culture and society of another EU country and to improve their chances of professional integration, both for the practical training received during the Workplace Training module and for the expansion of the potential professional market in which they can develop the skills acquired. - Teachers of Formative Cycles. We aim to improve teaching practice with the acquisition of new competences in training and evaluation. The chosen institutions stand out for the development of countless initiatives in terms of mobility and for having a wide network of collaborating educational centres that develop vocational and other training in dual mode. This is a direct improvement in the training of the participants, who observe new professional techniques and can assess the relationship between training in the HEI and the skills required, and in the rest of the members of the departments.
The mobility project 2019-1-ES01-KA102-062051IES has been a part of the internationalization strategy of IES La Fuensanta, together with the mobility programs KA103. It has served to improve the educational and professional possibilities of the students, the teaching practice of the teaching staff and favor the knowledge of administrative management techniques to the administration and services personnel. Our objective continues to be the consolidation of this type of experience and the expansion of the participants; The idea is that any user of the services offered by our Center relates it to training opportunities and experiences in EU countries. This program has allowed us to continue the path of the one developed during the previous year and participation in Consortiums promoted by the General Directorate of FP (Junta de Andalucía) during various courses, giving better opportunities to students and staff involved in Education Higher taught at the IES La Fuensanta. As a concrete objective, we intended to organize mobilities for students from all the professional families offered in our Center, since, until now, none had been achieved that would benefit students from Joinery and Furniture Making Professional Family.
