This project has been our first experience in Erasmus as beneficiary organization. Management team and teaching staff detected certain training and management weaknesess that could be improved and overcome in the frame of Erasmus program. We need to be at the forefront of educational processes that impact every member of our community. Since the beginning of these activities, the Erasmus program and the actions offered in it are educational tool and resources with a positive impact on our students and staff, who are increasingly aware of the importance of giving continuity to these actions as a way of offering our community active training plans developed in a European and international environment. Opening a horizon of possibilities for the cultural and professional training for our educational community.
