Our school figths any kind of violence or unrespect treat, so we are about enhacements as follows: As for Multilingualism, to provide students the best way to strenght their communication skills. After speaking a second language they multiply their options within the labour market. The wider is your knowledge the better. The students will be ready to think without borders. -Personal and professional skills, in other words, they get ride their fears. By travelling, treating others, sharing habits and so on they are going to discover the point of multiculturalism. That is an specially interesting point due to drop by drop they will find a better version of themsheves. It is difficult to measure this procedure but anyone comes back as a result of this personal change. -Building an Europe wide network. As our amount of students is on the rise year by year we need to design a vaste network that fits the students interests. We manage three professional branches with so we need to find fellows who share our interests. By internet platforms and social networks, by asking help other schools not only Spanish but foreigners too, we have been taking up our network.
Our school is located at the Cordoba outskirt whithin a neighbourhood called Fuensanta where blue collar workers are majority. We suffered from high poverty index and we are supposed to face common educational problems such us: scholar dropout or unemployment. It is advisable in that context to enable a new frame helping students to get additional decissions tools. Some students needs have been identified not only in a proffesional view but in personal one too. That way, Erasmus + offers several valuable initatives to reach our goals mainly carrying out mobility activities as it offered in VET frame. We do not hesitate to ask for this useful tool after checking none of our students has regretted his experience afterwards our first Project in 2017. In an educational context a mobility provides the students a wider labour market including better posibilities. Besides, to deal with another language spread your own boundaries becoming students more confident. As for teachers, Erasmus + provides new experiences going up collaborations Europe wide reflecting their effects over the students. Nowadays, we are preparing a new Project focused in social topics, including Serbian school.
