The main objectives to be achieved in the field of European mobility and cooperation with this project were the following. Empower Vocational Training, both among students and among teachers. This aspect is of tremendous importance since it changes the motivation of the students in a very substantial way, greatly reducing early leaving, thereby improving their social inclusion and their employability in the labor market. Achieve greater communication between companies and the training center so that the contents are more suited to the needs of companies, not only at a national level but also at European level. Integrate educational methodologies in VET teaching that are already being applied in other similar centers in Europe where they also have a greater participation of the company in the training of students.
This project was requested to try to contribute to the main needs and objectives of our organization in the field of mobility and European cooperation, which was mainly to collaborate in the empowerment of VET through European mobility.
