Background

The project was requested in order to provide the students of our center with the possibility of improving professional and personal skills that allow them to promote their employability, both nationally and internationally. On the one hand, we believe that Erasmus allow the improvement of professional skills necessary to access job offers that are globalized and international, as well as favor the improvement of linguistic and communication skills necessary to have access to a greater number of job opportunities. Similarly, participation in these Erasmus mobilities also allows our students to improve personal and transversal skills that will allow them to better adapt to a changing and demanding work environment such as adaptation to change, flexibility, teamwork, initiative and commitment. leadership. In addition, Erasmus projects also promote European awareness and help to achieve social cohesion among our students, as it improves tolerance and understanding of other cultures.
