The aims of IES Mediterráneo for this project aimed to improve the quality and internationalization of teaching, framed in the fulfillment of the objectives of the "2020 Strategy". This has been carried out through the following objectives in terms of students: - Improve the linguistic competence of students, providing them with the necessary tools to be competent in the Europe of the 21st century. - - Promote knowledge of other forms of intervention and care for the dependent person. - - Facilitate the employability of students in the national and European labour market, especially socially disadvantaged students from disadvantaged backgrounds. In relation to the mobility of teacher training, which teaches at the center in question, due to the pandemic situation experienced, these mobilities could not be carried out, their objectives being: Improve linguistic competence, promote changes and improvements in the training of the technician and create a network of contacts between professionals from the different participants through ICT, which allows the exchange of experiences and at the same time enhances the multiplier effect of these actions.
This project arises as a result of the needs detected in the European Plan for the Development of Vocational Studies in IES Mediterráneo. Our project aims to improve the quality and internationalization of teaching, framed in the fulfillment of the objectives of the "Strategy 2020" and supposes the continuity of previous projects KA 102. These needs revolve around students with fewer opportunities in favour of improving basic interpersonal skills, language skills and job placement opportunities, favoring the continuity of student training and the development of social skills typical of the host country. In addition, and in connection with the objectives of Key Action 1, we are committed to promoting teacher training opportunities, especially: Improvement of professional skills in the training of Technicians, training of the linguistic and organizational skills necessary for them to feel trained for the development of other internationalization programs, which allow laying the foundations for an International VT.
