Objectives

In the field of professional training in our centres, due to the nature of their students, we encounter great difficulties in motivating them to be able to experience the international experiences that the International Relations department offers to all students. On many occasions they are weighed down by the necessary economic resources. After the great work of the teaching staff, and the support of the ERASMUS+ mobilities, we have achieved the goal that students who had not previously thought of traveling outside their countries of origin, do so and discover new realities that have only enriched their Personal life. Similarly, we believe that all students participating in this type of mobility have better options to find a job in their fields of study in the medium or short term, due to the experiences gained thanks to said mobility. The need to learn every day, from different people in different fields, is something that we pursue as a quality objective of our own center and we believe that these mobilities also facilitate this process

Background

From the GSD schools we have always promoted tolerance and freedom of ideas. Our goal has always been to enhance human beings and train them in a global society that increasingly demands the active participation of all its members. Currently, we have 8 schools in the Community of Madrid and 2 outside of Spain, specifically in Costa Rica and Cameroon. We have promoted international experiences for more than 20 years. As a result of this work, more than 1000 students participate in some of these international experiences The need for this ERASMUS+ project responds, in addition to our own philosophy, to the possibility of offering the enriching experience of carrying out professional internships in European Union countries to VET students at our centers, regardless of financial resources. available, allowing them to establish an approach to other professional realities different from those they may have in their country of origin. Likewise, with these projects we involve all the staff of the center who are involved in carrying out these mobilities, seeing themselves enriched in a direct or indirect way.
