The main objective of these projects is to reduce as much as possible the time that elapses between the emergence of an innovation and its access to vocational training centers. The teachers working on these projects design the materials and training that teachers will need to get up to speed in these areas of innovation. innovation. There are two other very important needs that we want to cover with the development of this project: it is about giving a lead to the development and creation of other European projects. Projects for which we organize this proposal: International Management, ICT Sectors, Training Methodologies Sector, Entrepreneurship and Management of Management Teams. The result of this training will have an impact on the development of the Innovation projects but a much greater impact on all the VET centers when the materials are elaborated and will be available to the students in a period not exceeding two years.
The proposal that was presented was a consequence of the results of an analysis carried out jointly by the three IKASLAN organizations and the Vice-Ministry of Vocational Training and Lifelong Learning of the Basque Government. While the evolution of the mobility of vocational training students in the BAC had reached up to 10% of the total number of students in the Basque CAV, had reached up to 10% of the total of those who finish annually, the mobility of teachers, although it is improving, does not reach the desired minimum It is necessary to give a boost to the mobility of Vocational Training teachers and especially aimed at the acquisition of skills in innovation projects that are being developed. We consider that a very important part of the technological surveillance that allows us to identify reference organizations and good practices, is the use of mobility projects aimed at teachers. IKASLAN presented this mobility proposal aimed at Vocational Training teachers from all over the BAC, who were working on innovation projects in the centers. Around 200 teachers take part in the innovation projects that are developed, working half a day in the VET center and half a day in innovation, in the development of these projects that have an average duration of two years. The projects developed cover a wide range of specialties. a wide range of specialties.
