* For students and recent graduates (intermediate level vocational training courses in DUAL or not), work placements in European companies would provide them with: knowledge of new working methods, other cultures, improve their professional skills (teamwork, work organisation, autonomy...), their social and personal skills and obviously they would have an improvement in their foreign language skills, for most of them this would be their first international mobilities. It would have an impact on the employability of the participants. * For the staff, the contact with European companies or entities would provide them with greater knowledge in their field of work, an opening to new realities and ways of working that they would apply in their future in our centre and would favour their participation in future European projects, being also a source of motivation for other colleagues and students.
Juan Comenius Cooperativa Valenciana has been immersed in its internalisation plan since 2007. The project is ambitious: to achieve Europeanisation at all educational levels of the centre and to maintain it over time. As a result, in 2014 the creation of an International Department was formalised, in which all educational levels of the centre are present (within the Strategic Plan 2013-2018). The Vocational Training (VET) levels had been the pioneer, starting with the VET's Higher Level , and extending it to the other VET levels. Until now, the centre had been part of two VET consortiums, and for the last two years we have been directly managing the mobility of staff and students/new graduates in the Dual and Non-Dual modes of Intermediate Level Training Cycles, and we intend to extend it to our students in the Professionalism Certificate courses. In a world as changing as the current one, we believe that the link between the vocational training educational centre and the companies is fundamental, therefore, if this union is extended to a European level, the result for all the participants and those involved in the mobilities is much more enriching.
