At first, we pretend to instil our teachers the European idea on their imparted formation. This is an essential dimension, because we wanted that our teachers were the mainly promoter of Erasmus+ project in our centre, becoming them in protagonist. Also noticeably improving their skills, which would be really benefit for all whole educative community. Moreover, other noted objective was going to be the promotion of the enterprising spirit between students. Our locality is one of the most unemployed, especially the young people. The internationalization in formation which students will receive and the learning about other languages in a real labour environment, will provide them with valuables tools to access with higher guaranties to a complicated labour market. Furthermore, to our centre, it would be a great opportunity to make contacts with another European organizations, sharing experiences, learning from it, and try to implement useful ideas, which will help us to overcome the great obstacles which we find. We want to make that the European valour’s as respect, tolerance and the fight against the inequality resonate in our institution.
We have observed that our Erasmus+ participation have produced really beneficial effects in our centre, specially on participants. Also, with this participation, we were mainly looking for a continuity on the started way in 2017, still giving a high-quality formation, in which internationalization, new languages acquirement and the improving of transversal competences keep playing an important part in the offered formation. We noticed about the expectation that our participation has created on the student, and the improves in their attitude and education, also the teacher’s implication. They were conscious of the positive consequences that Erasmus+ offers. We believe is the best tool to successfully face difficulties that the social environment provides.
