With this project we wanted the participants and the center to achieve the following objectives: STUDENTS AND RECENT GRADUATES -Acquire and/or broaden professional experience in their sector. -Improve their personal skills for their future professional career. -Improve their level of languages. -Expand their professional horizons. -Know the social reality and European culture. -Improve their level of employability. STAFF -Get to know other educational environments, acquire and develop skills related to their professional field. -Expand and update their professional skills by observing and being in contact with teachers from other centers and different social and educational contexts. -Know other teaching methods and tools and new resources for teaching management and educational centers. - Exchange good teaching and educational management practices. CENTER - Create the possibility of exchanging knowledge and experiences in the field of innovation and creativity through contact with institutions that can provide a different perspective. - Update the knowledge and experiences of the entity, since it will add an international dimension to the center.
CEF with the project CEF IN EUROPE has tried to promote the internationalization of the center to be able to solve the needs that are appreciated in the students, the staff and in the school. CEF has wanted to contribute to the labor market by providing highly qualified professionals. To obtain this qualification, we saw it necessary to carry out this program so that students and staff, through Erasmus+ mobilities, obtain, in international work and/or academic environments, the necessary professional or academic skills. Student needs: -Lack of knowledge and/or practice of foreign languages. -Little work experience. -Low level of employability. -Lack of knowledge of the reality that encompasses Europe and European culture. Staff needs: -Ignorance of other educational environments related to the professional field of image and sound. -Lack of contact with teachers from other centers and different social and educational contexts. -Ignorance of other teaching methods and tools and new resources for teaching management and educational centers. -Lack of exchange of good teaching practices and educational management.
