Students of this vocational studies present a series of characteristics that hinder their access to employment and their maintenance: low economic, cultural and educational levels, low self-esteem, lack of experiences with other cultures and other languages, personal and professional stagnation, etc. . The realization of this project intended to apply the theoretical-practical content acquired in the classroom to a real work context with the added value of doing it in another language and another culture, which has a different organizational, operating and methodology system. The transfer of the experience acquired by the participants in this project to the rest of their colleagues was also an added value to the project.
