On the one hand. that teachers learn different working methods, methodologies, activities and resources related to the aforementioned training cycle, in order to transfer it and implement it in our school. On the other hand, that students could improve their professional skills by applying the theory learned throughout the two school years, in a different environment, in our partner's modern and well-equipped workshops. This will not only result in improving the professional skills of our students, but also in much-needed soft skills such as self-esteem, as well as in promoting their incorporation into the world of work both through an improvement in their resumes, and in the real opportunity of be able to work outside of Spain.
This project has been requested in order to offer the students of the intermediate vocational training cycle, Electromechanical Maintenance, the opportunity to carry out an internship in the equivalent workshops of the Lycée François Rabelais in Fontenay-le-Comte, France. Likewise, so that a group of teachers from the aforementioned training cycle could do a learning stay by observation (job shadowing) to learn work methods, methodologies, activities and resources related to the aforementioned training cycle.
