The objective of this project has been the promotion of the internationalization of Vocational Education and Training offered by our educational institution. Take advantage of the facilities of the Erasmus program as a vector of action to promote the development and acquisition of new professional, social, linguistic and personal skills, work in multicultural environments, promote a good level of integration and combination of theoretical-practical aspects and new technological trends with work experience and practice in companies, involving the industrial sector in the teaching-learning process, facilitating the acquisition of experiences in the new professional demands and promoting an increase in the level of employability. We believe that promoting this type of scenario to interest groups, students and staff, is fundamental and beneficial for our center since it makes our educational offer more attractive and at the same time it is advantageous for companies by having a wide range of technicians better qualified. We believe that collaboration between institutions and companies in the European space helps us to create a reference framework for cultural exchange.
This project arises as part of a vector of action to address and search for new integrated formulas that allow increasing the skills and qualifications of VET students and staff, as well as responding to the need to design activities that allow transforming ideas into values and creative lines of innovation. It also emerges as a resource to create synergies that favor the transformation of teaching and learning spaces, both in educational institutions and in workplaces, into true places of learning and exchange as well as places where students and educators interact and get involved in an active, creative, innovative and meaningful process. All this, within a globalized and interconnected world where teamwork skills and multicultural and multidisciplinary environments prevail, the ability to solve problems and an entrepreneurial mentality in a highly technical and constantly changing labor market. We maintain the criterion that the European space offers and constitutes a great opportunity to experience and experience the different trends both in the workplace and in education.
