The stated objectives were: - Acquire specific training in new active methodologies that allow the development of creative motivational strategies for students in order to reduce school dropout in adult education. - Promote the international dimension of the center by promoting contacts with other European centers to promote linguistic diversity and learn about the reality of education in adults from other countries. - Learn about educational, recreational, healthy and ecological initiatives that are part of the European culture of social inclusion. Develop basic and transversal skills. - Learn about innovative teaching experiences for comprehensive development within the framework of adult education. - Improve the communication skills of teachers and their linguistic competence by promoting the wide linguistic diversity of the EU and intercultural awareness. - Stimulate the development and use of innovative and creative approaches and tools. - Improve the training of our teachers to facilitate the growth and comprehensive development of students.
IPEP Granada is an adult training center that is committed to educational quality, in this way, deficiencies or needs for European and transnational training for teachers were detected. Thus, a project was requested with the idea of promoting cultural, educational and methodological exchange so that this experience would have an impact on the motivation and professional development of the teachers who participated in it. In addition, it was intended to improve the methodological qualification of the participants, since direct observation of the teaching work of other professionals and the exchange of experiences would increase personal satisfaction and create bonds of friendship and relationships between education professionals at a European level. All of this was related to the specific priorities of adult education, and the increase of high-quality learning opportunities adapted to the needs of adults was considered of vital importance in order to broaden and develop the competences of teachers.
