With the project we wanted to achieve better training and personal and social development of our participants, as well as improving their understanding of situations related to the organization and management of the institutions in which their activity would be carried out, thus improving and completing their professional skills and knowing new employment opportunities. In addition, with the different mobilities we intended to develop in them skills such as teamwork in an international context, and encourage their autonomy, creativity or tolerance towards other cultures. Another of the objectives of the activities developed by the participating students was that the internships carried out in the companies would allow them to fully or partially validate the FCT module, organizing activities that included the Learning Results of this module, in cooperation with the tutors in the host institutions. Definitely, with the project we have intended to promote, both in the students and in the participating teachers, the acquisition of new working methods and different technologies, as well as promoting their European vision and improving their understanding of the educational, labor and cultural realities of others countries.
With FORMOVEM V (Training, Mobility and Employment V) we tried close the circle of a series of projects which have been developed since 2014 in our school to improve the quality of teaching and the professional, personal and social competencies of our participants. Thus, different mobilities were planned, mainly aimed at students from different Medium Degrees of Vocational Training, which would allow them to improve their technical skills through professional activities corresponding to their internship in companies, which would also validate the professional module "On the job training". On the other hand, we pretended to improve training and personal development of participant teachers. On the other hand, we also intended to improve the training and personal development of teachers. These projects have been evolving, improving aspects like organization and internal logistics, selection of participants, activities carried out and choice of homologous partners and companies. Given the satisfaction shown by the participants in previous mobilities (in terms of improving their skills, work techniques, attitudes, or language skills, among others), we decided to apply for this project, giving continuity to those previously developed.
