Completely convinced of the importance of learning through mobility, this project was carried out to: - offer our students better employability opportunities, both national and internationally - enhance our role as a host institution - incorporate multilingual models in our school - improve soft skills and develop values - improve teachers professional skills - strengthen relations with international collaborating centres - exchange best practices with other European institutions - work on transnational innovation projects, in collaboration with European organizations and entities - promote the use of tools such as e-Twinning and increase teachers participation in international projects and TCA seminars - enhance the use of innovative teaching methodologies - asses professional linguistic competencies in correspondence with the European Portfolio In short and in line with our Erasmus+ Charter, develop our three strategy lines; internalization of our School, strengthening our European projection, our teachers and our students.
This is a key project to continue the internationalization strategy of our organization, Cuatrovientos, reflected also in our VET CHARTER. It is essential for us to participate in transnational mobility programmes through alliances and synergies with companies and other organizations. As a Vocational Training institution, Instituto Cuatrovientos is committed to carry out the Mobility Projects we apply for: students and teachers mobilities which contribute to develop our mission. We are a cooperative of professionals and our aim is the integral training of people offering the best opportunities to enter the social and labour market requirements through an educational model based on innovation, entrepreneurship, internationalization, and commitment with our social responsibilities, based also on equal opportunities, including equity, inclusion and non-discrimination.
