- That students learnt in a context different from that of the Spanish work environment, where other conditions and work relationships are developed. - Students should develop their professional and personal skills by adapting to a different cultural environment. - That the students would boost their linguistic competence. - That the students would feel like European citizens. Students should also acquire the knowledge that thanks to the European single market, they also have the right to work in another EU country.
To offer our students of Vocational and Education Training Cycles the opportunity to carry out part or all of the Workplace Training module in a European country, since we understand that doing the internship in another country of the European Union significantly improves both their academic and personal training. In this project are involved teachers of the Departments of the two professional families that teach in IES Andalán ("Administration and Management" and "Electricity and Electronics"), the Management Team and teachers of Languages and Training and Vocational Guidance, in addition collaborates the Integration Program of School Spaces (PIEE).
