Objectives

In the Vocational and Education Training level, we teach two intermediate level training cycles: Pharmacy and Parapharmacy Technician, and Microcomputer Systems and Network Technician. These studies have been adapted to current demand and we teach our own modules to improve the employability of our students. On the other hand, our center is an inclusive center for students with hearing disabilities and we seek to eliminate the possible barriers that students with special educational needs may encounter at a training and employment level. For this reason, within the objectives that are included in our internationalization plan and that are adjusted to the project carried out in the 2019 call, we find: - To improve the employability or continuity of studies of people with disabilities. - To consolidate the key skills of vocational training students. - To improve the linguistic competence of vocational training students. - To strengthen the European spirit in the participants and throughout the educational institution. We consider that the mobility of students to carry out internships in a European company achieves the aforementioned objectives.

Background

The Dales La Palabra Foundation, through the Tres Olivos School, has been participating in mobilities at the Vocational Training level since the 2015 call. Since then, students and teachers have been able to enjoy the European experience. Within our internationalization and European development plan, we seek to give as many students as possible the opportunity to do internships in a European company in their educational sector. We seek that, thanks to European mobility, students can develop numerous skills that allow better access to the labor market, and to develop their European spirit. We seek to generate an impact on all of our students, including the ones who begin their training at our center. By disseminating the project, we want to make professional training attractive and consider it as a first quality option. We seek to be an innovative, international and quality center; giving our students the opportunity to live an experience as a member of the European Community.
