The objectives of this project application were: - Continue with mobility flows that we have been carrying out for several years. (Aarhus and Múnich) - Start new mobility activities for the HCAV área - Start activities for the railway maintenance training - Start an activity for students at risk of dropping out to motivate them through a mobility activity and adequate guidance. - Strengthen the international image of the center - Systematize administrative processes. - Continue showing XABEC as an international center - Improvement of the technical and transversal capacity of students and teachers - Start relations with new institutions and promote new Erasmus projects - Observation of good practices in the implementation of the Dual system. (*) This activity has finally been carried out with funds from other projects
According with the guidelines set forth in the Internationalization Strategy, which seek to consolidate the ProjectX methodology, the implementation of the Dual system and the improvement of the skills of our staff and in accordance with the request of the Erasmus letter, a project was proposed whithe application included 14 students mobilities and the objective of the two long-term mobilities was once again attempted. With the number of mobilities requested, it was intended that each training had a mobility activity appropriate to its curriculum and thus be able to make a better selection and preparation of the mobilities. In the case of STAFF mobilities, the 12 planned activities were identified with the objectives of consolidating the Projectxs methodology, the implementation and monitoring of the DUAL and the improvement of the skills of all the institution's personnel, and also promote XABEC as an international Institution and find new partners
