Objectives

With this training course we intend to give a new twist to the European volunteering, review all that there is so far, analyze and compare the different realities of the partner entities of the project, as well as the youth workers who participated in the course, to deepen in the day-to-day problems in the management of a volunteer project (either sending or hosting), in order to create solid, useful and effective tools in the resolution of problems and centralization of existing information, and especially to bet on the Creation of a platform or centralized forum to help in the resolution of doubts and own efforts of a volunteer (we intend to create a pilot test). This platform is not intended to be only for debate, but to be consultative and have the participation of the national agencies themselves, which also reside in the control of each national agency together with the assistance of entities with experience in each country. GENERAL OBJECTIVES 1-Improve the quality of the skills of youth workers to improve volunteer programs  2-Increase the number of young people who perform volunteer services and volunteer projects increase or have greater guarantees of reliability, earning a good reputation with the ERASMUS + program itself and the entities that comprise or benefit from it. In this sense, our objectives are in clear agreement with the objectives and priorities of the 2019 guide of the ERASMUS + program by providing the participating youth workers and, by extension, the partner entities with resources and information that will exponentially improve their professional abilities, as well as apply new methodology through a unified digital medium (management platform and resolution of doubts and problems of volunteering) On the other hand, by promoting a more reliable and unified organization and management of European volunteering, we increase the number of young people interested in living an experience like this and we contribute to preventing the radicalization of young Europeans by assimilating other cultures, traditions, language and experiences of life different from yours.
