This project is a Youth Exchange that will be developed in the province of Alicante. With a duration of 9 days and 6 European countries involved: Spain, France, Germany, Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria. We intend to take advantage of the slight economic improvement in Europe after the crisis to develop and disseminate strategies to improve employability, especially in immigrant groups. Through this Youth Exchange we are not going to get the young participants to find work immediately, but we are going to ensure that the participants that attend have resources to improve their employability. The general objective is, therefore: Provide participants with resources, methodologies and strategies that allow them to find work and integrate into the community, as well as guide immigrant citizens to improve their employability and their integration into society. We achieve that all the rights of young people are respected and their initiative is developed. The specific objectives are: - That young participants have resources and strategies to learn about the world of work and its opportunities. - Have the basic information necessary to operate in your host country and in any country (telephones, employment offices, basic cultural notions, where to learn the language ...). - Design and plan a strategy for the preparation of documents as your curriculum vitae. - Achieve a correct labor integration of the young participants, thus allowing their integration into European society and develop competences such as European citizenship. - To have strategies and dynamics for the improvement of competences and abilities that allow the immigrant to develop with greater ease in situations such as job interviews.
