Objectives

The association Team Working wishes to make a difference through this exchange and propose an idea for change. Fighting racism and xenophobia relates to the mass immigration phenomenon of citizens moving from one country to another; this can be attributed to the actions of extremists, fanatics and terrorist, which have been documented to violate even the most basic human rights. Thus, our association appreciates the urgency of providing those involved in this project with necessary information, training and tools in order to tackle the issue from its base, understand the reasons behind this situation, analyse the problem’s origins and detect mismatches and points of conflict in our society. Therefore, one of the objectives of the exchange is to establish action strategies for the change in policies and actions of inclusion in their reference populations. In addition to introducing the participant in the subject of the exchange and creating a scope of previous work to promote the rapprochement between participants, it is intended to provide quality prior content. It is also intended to sensitize the participants and populations visited that an exchange of cultures between people of different nationalities does not weaken a country or a society, but rather makes it stronger and more plural before the difficulties that arise on a day-to-day basis. Linked to this, we see important to provide the participant with basic information about the reason for immigration, its origins and its consequences. Other objectives of the exchange are: - Provide tools and structures that fight against behaviors and behaviors that are intolerant of other cultures. - Show real and clear examples of inclusion projects with satisfactory results. - Publicize the Erasmus + program and its characteristics. - Transfer the conclusions reached in Guardamar del Segura through dissemination elements such as leaflets and brochures, as well as free adherence to a manifesto in favor of the fight against racism and intolerance. - The improvement of the social and civic competence of the participants themselves as they feel they belong to entities with the same common objectives and needs. - Learn new ways of working on inclusion and the problem of immigration through the development of empathy and assertiveness in the projects that they develop annually and which will be contributed to the project as clear examples of structured dialogue. - Linguistic and cultural competences to be able to visualize the materials and resources with which they work and that the participants of their entities will contribute to the exchange
