Objectives

The ultimate goal of this project is to increase young people's options for accessing a job, by increasing knowledge in the new jobs that are currently being generated and that present a great opportunity for young people who do not benefit from She because she does not know them. All this taking into account that youth, entrepreneurship and technology are three factors that share characteristics such as dynamism, the ability to adapt to changing realities as a result of innovation. These new jobs, related to collaborative platforms, allow citizens to offer services, fostering new flexible work modalities and new sources of income. While it is true that obtaining funding is one of the issues that most concern and stop entrepreneurship in Spanish youth today, this should not be an obstacle to carry out successfully a good business idea. In particular, through the exhaustive analysis of collaborative finance, there is a wide range of possibilities available to professional investors or Business Angels and crowdfunding, or collective or mass financing. These initiatives make it possible for every good idea to have the opportunity to become a reality based on effort, dedication, innovation and technology. NEED: We want to carry out this Project because the youth unemployment rate in Europe is 16.8%. Taking into account that full employment is considered when this is 5%, the situation is clearly serious, as has been indicated these years. There has been an improvement over previous years but it is still a big problem. This is aggravated if we go to Spain, where this rate goes up to 33%. Being the one of Castile and Leon 27.5%. These data, by themselves, attract a lot of attention, but if we compare them with 2.1% of the jobs that were not filled in 2018, we confirm that there are many things that are not being done well. One of them is that citizens are not prepared to occupy jobs that are constantly being created as a result of the constant social evolution and new technologies. The formal education system does not give time to adapt their curricula or qualifications, or university degrees and therefore, for many of these jobs there is no formal training. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT: - Increase their knowledge and skills about the new sources of employment. - That they exchange experiences and knowledge about the new jobs that are currently being created. - That they know how to access the new employment sites. - That they know the skills they need to develop them. We will achieve that these young people have a broader vision of the labor market. The objective of our Project is directly related to the objectives that the European Commission establishes for this type of mobility projects: - Support learners in the acquisition of learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competences) with a view to improving their personal development, their participation as active citizens in society and their employability in the European and outside of the labor market; - Strengthen the synergies and transitions between formal education, non-formal education, professional training, employment and entrepreneurship;
