Objectives

PROBLEM / NEED Society has changed and I get the children's and youth's leisure. That is why the C.D. Chañe is concerned with proposing active and participative sport as an alternative to digital consumption and the dangers to which it is associated, such as new digital addictions, so-called "addictions without drugs", related to sports (bets and video games) or unrelated with sports (social networks, pornography, chats). In recent years, special attention is being paid and we are seeing more and more concepts such as: - Additions 3.0, addictions; - Nomophobia (panic to be without mobile). The FOMO (acronym for 'fear of missing out' is the fear of getting lost in social networks); - The call syndrome or imaginary message (occurs when we believe we hear a message signal) Like any other type of addiction, the 3.0 can produce anxious states, headaches and stomach, as well as tachycardia, negative thoughts and other negative consequences such as school dropout, loss of employment, friends, or family abandonment. This problem is already covered by the WHO (World Health Organization) For all this, the OBJECTIVES of this project are: - Encourage sport and physical activity as a stimulus, alternative and a priority option for young people, as an alternative to an excessive and compulsive use of technologies. - Prevent new additions such as betting, video games, compulsive use of mobile phones and social networks and consumption of pornography and forums and social chat rooms. And know how to use all these elements with total security. - Identify the symptoms of a young addict. Well to know if the young person is at risk or so that they can recognize others and know the protocols of action if necessary. We are fortunate to have already carried out projects with almost all the partner organizations, which allows us to plan and execute the project in a somewhat different way than we have done before. In this case, from the planning we have distributed among the participants more responsibilities and tasks. During the project we will combine sports activities and awareness of new addictions, which allows us to develop an innovative project that young people and partner organizations can move to their environments, thus multiplying the impact of the results. To conclude, we will develop during the days of the activities the final product "BET FOR YOU" (in Spanish "bet for you"). It will be a campaign composed of a series of slogans to sensitize young people about: - The terrible consequences of the use of new technologies in an excessive, obsessed and uncontrolled way, as well as the benefits of leading a healthy life. - The consequences that can have to spend time in an irresponsible way to betting (sports, lotteries, bingos ...) and games with bets (poker). - The dangers and consequences of using smartphones and social networks without any kind of control or care. -The addictive that can be played a simple video game, why are so addictive video games and hyper-lucrative business that is behind the video games. - And finally the impact and consequences for the young person's life of pornography consumption and frequent social chat The project will also feature cultural activities, teamwork and leisure time. In the same way, the dissemination of the project will be carried out before, during and after the project itself in order to make known not only the results of the project and the Chañe Sports Club, but also the Erasmus + program
