VITALRURAL DXT is a Youth Exchange within the frame of Erasmus + related to Sport and healthy lifestyle. Through this project we want to promote the values of “Fair Play”, cooperation, trust and healthy habits, in a close, experiential, motivational and personal way. During 9 days young people from 5 European countries will work together to promote sport like a way of personal development and a way to boost their self-esteem. Usually, competitions throws on a sport a shadow of hate and pressure that can alienate us from the original meaning of the term sport. That is why we want to practice tools that increase our critical awareness in this regard and promote positive values that do so. Strengthen the benefits of sport both physically and mentally. Objectives: - To raise the awareness of healthy habits through physical activities among young people in rural areas while broadening their knowledge of the sports offer. - To encourage the reflection and to stimulate the critical thinking about the most popular sports. -To learn all the necessary tools for developing training activity programs that will improve the personal and the social skills of the participants. -To promote the acquisition of new skills and techniques for the sports practice and to promote the values of cooperation and inclusion. -To increase the sports practice as a space for interrelation/interaction among/between young people as active citizenship among inhabitants of rural areas. -To learn all the necessary tools to carry out physical activities program for people with different pathologies or disabilities. The objectives of our project are in accordance with the objectives of Erasmus + and the Key Action 1(KA1).
