We want to promote the professional development of the workers of two youth organizations in two member countries of the Union (Spain and Portugal), who work with young people with fewer opportunities, including migrants and refugees, with the aim of To promote high-quality work that responds to the needs of young people at risk of social exclusion. The project aims to achieve the following specific objectives: 1. To develop in the workers high quality competences that increase the professionalism of the entities of the field of the youth 2. Develop work methodologies and effective programmes that reach the most disadvantaged youth. 3. To encourage the active participation of young people with difficult access in educational programs that encourage their social inclusion 4. To increase the working capacity at the transnational level of the participating entities.
