International talent intends that young participants can begin to detect their talents, their zone of genius where their gift and their passion come together. Europe needs human talent and for this it is important to first detect it. Talent is one of the objectives of the Erasmus + program and this project will support it in its entirety. We also want the children of the region that participated in the International Weekend event organized by the participants of the exchange, to begin to have real contact with other cultures, getting the prejudices and stereotypes for the different things not to be created in their minds. Also continue to deepen the knowledge of different European cultures. The young participants of the exchange will organize a real activity that the children will enjoy later on, they will start a lot of competitions at stake, such as team work, the practical organization of the event, selection of dynamics, leadership skills , creativity, conflict resolution. International Talent represents a unique project full of learning.
