With I-TOOLS we intend to develop a youth exchange in which the practice of sport is presented, as well as a habit of healthy living, as a powerful weapon to avoid social and school harassment, commonly known by the Anglo-Saxon term of "Bullying" a dangerous form of social marginalization that some young people like, that they do not allow to be part of the group and that they like to participate in the activities they do to their peers, while allowing a group of young people to enjoy the opportunity to live experiences own participation in a project with a European dimension in which to meet other people, cultures, countries, cuisine and history in a multicultural and relaxed environment. For this, during these days, workshops, activities, lectures, debates, cultural games and icebreakers, presentations, simulation games, meetings, animation activities, exhibitions, group dynamics, cultural nights and the myriad of varied activities that will take place will be developed. Form the exchange. Through this set of activities we will attack the main objectives of the project that are: - Analyze the problem of school bullying, understanding and attacking from the root, learning to detect the correct way. - Promote sport as a habit of healthy living and a generator of inclusion of any person, regardless of age, sex, gender, race, religion or condition. - Encourage dialogue and mutual understanding between young people from different cultures and countries through the practice of sports. - Promote tolerance, respect and empathy among the participants. ** Let´s Remember the Objectives of the project: GENERAL OBJECTIVES of the project: Allow young people from 7 countries to participate in a European exchange and live a multicultural experience, promoting the idea of European citizenship. Share, learn, exchange and discover the values, culture, traditions of each country included in the project and learn from them. Specific OBJECTIVES of the I-TOOLS project Show young people the importance of sport and its direct benefits in the inclusion of any person, regardless of age, sex, gender, race, religion or condition. Improve the capacity for analysis, dialogue, critical thinking and cooperation among young participants through the practice of outdoor activities. To provide workers in the field of youth, coaches, teachers and participants in general with the skills and methods necessary for the transmission of values such as tolerance, respect, honesty and companionship. Analyze the problem of Bullying, understand it and attack it from the root, learning to detect it early. ** We are convinced that the exchange will meet the objectives set achieving the expected results in the participants, derived from the activities, such as the acquisition of skills, attitudes and behaviors that lead them to become agents of change, being able to resolve conflicts of this type through dialogue, generating inclusion and not exclusion, helping the people who suffer it. They will learn to know themselves and see how through sport, we can achieve a greater capacity for tolerance and respect towards the rest, developing the sense of companionship. Of course the participants will obtain other benefits derived not only from the activities but from their own coexistence with people from other countries and cultures, which will mean for them the increase of knowledge about other countries, improvement of English and other languages, ability to speak in public and an infinity of positive aspects when relating to other people, at the same time increasing their sense of European citizenship.
