The unemployment rate of young people continues being one of the biggest problems in the countries of the European Union, a situation that is exacerbated in countries such as Italy and Spain. If we add the lack of opportunities that characterizes the regions located in rural areas, such as La Palma and Basilicata, we are facing a problem shared by many European regions which should be intervened immediately. Given this situation, we believe that carrying out a project of international significance related to the passion of our young people, photography and film, confronting it with a job market point of view it can be a unique opportunity. With this project we intend that young people are aware that a future is possible in the regions in which they live, that the exodus is not the only solution. In addition, we will be able to approach the possibilities offered by photography and cinema to young people from a labor point of view, applying the acquired knowledge to a business environment and bringing them closer to what the market needs in this sector. On the other hand, living in a multicultural environment, which will allow them to improve their capacity for adaptation, empathy and skills in other languages, added to the greater knowledge of the European Union and its programs, especially Erasmus +, will make this project a turning point in the life of these. Based on this, the main objectives that we intend to achieve with the realization of this project are: - Increase in audiovisual knowledge - Implementation of the audiovisual arts applied to the needs of the labor market - Promotion of the business culture oriented to employment - Encourage young people to use new technologies. - Encourage participants to use creative techniques applied to the audiovisual world - Give young people the desire to discover, the desire to excite, the taste of capture: three concepts that summarize the art of audiovisual arts - Involve young people with fewer opportunities in all activities. - Confront in a creative and objective way the economic and psychological need of the current youth employment situation - Encourage self-confidence and self-knowledge of their skills in the participants - Promotion and knowledge of the different programs at European level in juvenile and artistic matters, especially Erasmus + and Creative Europe - Increase in the feeling of belonging to the European Union - Improve the knowledge of foreign languages, in particular English, in fact, the activities will be carried out in this language in its entirety. - To know a new reality and culture (Spain and Italy), from the cultural, social and economic point of view. - Address a topic, a project or a problem in an international context. - Identify possible partners among local and regional public bodies and among interested parts.
