This Project aims is to bring closer different cultures and getting to know each other through the combination of intercultural dynamics and the use of photography as a tool of expression. We want to know different aspects of each participant’s culture and express that knowledge with the photography as a way of communication. During the project we will realize different activities that will allow us to know the culture, gastronomy, sport… characteristics of the colleagues. Every day a thematic activity will be realized and the process of the activity or the result will be reflect with photos. For example during the gastronomy day, participants will learn how to cook a typical dish of the participants countries, during the cooking time and also at the end of the activity participants will also take photos of the process to express the feelings that in this case cooking, means to them. And this way of proceed will be done in every thematic action. Project activities are based on non-formal education methods and Experiential Learning. During the exchange project there will be workshops, presentations, teambuilding activities, icebreaking games, intercultural activities (in relation to gastronomy, sport and culture), and nocturnal dynamics, so there will As a result of the youth exchange and for the dissemination of project activities an exhibition of the thematic photos will be done in different points of the Municipality of Alfafar, so the work will be known for the local people. The project goals are: • Know the art of photography as tool of communication. • Stimulate young people’s creativity through photographic dynamics. • Foster the self-confidence and personal knowledge of participants. • Share intercultural experiences and knowledge through the use of photography. • Promote intercultural dialogue and tolerance between different cultures. • Encourage European youth cooperation.
