The idea of the "Game up" project was born as a central point in the ON & OFF strategy whose objective is to achieve public recognition of theatrical and non-formal education. In recent years, ON & OFF has designed a series of projects that have contributed to improve work in the field of youth theater at local and European level through three channels: the exchange of young people, the mobility of workers in the field of youth. and the key. action 2. Through all these projects, ON & OFF has managed to be a reference in La Rioja in the Erasmus + program and, nationally, as one of the theatrical and youth entities with the greatest presence in Europe. Through these projects, as well as the different courses offered through the jump in which the ON & OFF staff have participated (in Tunisia, Finland, Latvia and Germany), they have contributed not only to the creation of higher quality projects but also to the creation of a network of partners who are leaders in their communities for their work with young people through theater and their international presence. Therefore, it is through these years that ON & OFF has learned, improved its capacity to create and implement projects and has acquired new good practices through these projects that currently launch the local activities of the entity. In addition, theater as a pedagogical tool with young people has proven to be one of the most effective when it comes to acquiring transversal competences (something explored in KA2 Projecting Youth and in the MIPD - Multiple Intelligence Project Development Course that was implemented last year), as well as favoring the personal growth of young people to facilitate their transition to the adult world, one of the priorities established in the 2015 Work Plan for the youth field. We realized the need for this project while participating in the seminar "1 European Seminar" funded by Erasmus + that had a specific part for the presentation activities, it was only part of the seminar, but we realized that we had developed it in a single Project week. With guides and documented photos, we could greatly benefit our respected organizations. The use of theatrical methodologies is also one of the best ways to achieve the integration of people at risk of social exclusion, since it is a practice that puts young people on the same plane. In addition, there are numerous techniques used to achieve this goal (the most recognized at European level is the theater of the oppressed and the theater forum). Note also that the numerous studies that support theater have a positive impact on the mental health of young people by reducing the risk of suffering anxiety, depressions, making the decision to commit suicide ... In a society in which the main risk for health The suffering of young Europeans (1 in 5 suffer from at least one psychological or behavioral problem) is to suffer a mental illness that, in many cases, is transmitted to adulthood, the theatrical practice reduces this risk and serves as a preventive tool to avoid disorders related to self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, addictions ... Taking into account the above, this project is proposed as a seminar in which organizations of relevance in the field come together to achieve the following objectives closely related to the priorities that the European Commission proposes with respect to work in the field of youth: -Increase the quality of work in the field of youth by sharing good practices in the theater and create a free and easily accessible website with guided theater activities. - Share good practices of inclusion through theatrical projects. -Visit the Erasmus + program as a way to achieve a more egalitarian society and away from racism, sexism, homophobia ... - Start a standardization of non-formal theatrical practices at European level.
