This is a long-term Erasmus+ - Key Action 1 – Mobility of youth workers project. It focuses on long-term training programme for youth workers in three key fields: facilitation of European and international youth work projects, leadership skills and organisational management skills. The project consists of a series of training course and two youth exchanges on the following topics: - basics of European youth work and facilitation skills - leadership skills in European youth work - organisational management in European youth work The first activity the training course will take place in October 2019, followed by two youth exchanges in Spain in December 2019, and in Azerbaijan February, 2020. All project activities will be bases on non-formal learning principles. The training course and the youth exchanges will draw on Europa2020´s long-term experience in management and evaluation of international youth work projects. The training course will be run by experienced trainers, members of the Council of Europe’s Trainers’ Pool and SALTO TOY Youth database.
