This is a mobility project for improving the professional skills of youth workers and trainers through creative and artistic tools. It will be a training course that will take place in Olot and will involve 27 youth professionals from organisations of 6 countries (Spain, Italy, Croatia, Lithuania, Former Republic of Yugoslavia Macedonia y Czech Republic) in order to offer resources that can enhance the employability and active participation of young people belonging to their respective communities of origin. Our association proposes a mobility project in line with the Europe 2020 Strategy. Our objectives are the following: - increase the quality of work in the field of youth - provide the direct beneficiaries (youth workers) with new tools based on art and creativity - increase the participation of young people (indirect beneficiaries) in their local communities; - address the "employability of young people" (indirect beneficiaries) through creativity and the arts; - encourage innovation and creativity through the advisory planning of projects; - create space for the exchange of experiences / needs / project ideas among professionals at European level; - explore and reflect on how to use the skills and competences acquired during the project; - promote the Erasmus + program.
