After the experience in previous projects, in which social Inclusion is the central theme, and with which we have been able to achieve advances in the daily work with young people who perform our / as workers and volunteers, we are detecting more and more, because the situation socio-political that affects not only our region, but to many parts of Europe, the increase of beliefs, conducatas and extremist attitudes, exclusionary and violent in the population. The media of masses and social networks reflect every day increased insolidarias behaviors, attitudes of rejection towards what is different, especially directed towards the population of migrant, refugee and ethnic minorities. This affects the youth population, which reproduces the attitudes and beliefs estereotipas and therefore tends to show one trend of increasing exclusion of the diversity of those / different as. For this reason, in this project we have scheduled a single activity aimed at youth workers that consists of a seminar in which the methods of non-formal education and the perspective of the facilitation of learning allows us to achieve the main goals of this project, which are: -Youth workers provide a space and a time for sharing and the acquisition of experiences, tools and skills that can be applied in their daily work, Prevention and intervention to attitudes, beliefs, and radical and exclusionary behaviour in young people-oriented. -Provide the youth workers, of tools and focused skills management attitudes, stereotypes, beliefs, conflict resolution, critical thinking and analysis of information, allowing them to promote the social inclusion of the / as young. -The exchange of experiences among various youth workers in Europe, working in the same base but through different methods, allows to develop a perspective of flexible, sharing the learning of everyday experience with young people, promoting the personal and professional improvement of the workers youth. This training activity is intended to generate times, spaces and methods based on non-formal education, allowing to guide the process of learning of the participants towards the proposed objectives. Therefore different points are proposed to be treated during the seminar, which is important for achieving them, mainly, for the improvement of the skills of the workers with young people in prevention and intervention to attitudes, beliefs and conducatas radical, exclusionary and violent.
