Our project called "Creative Europe and Urban Dynamics" has been developed in the field of artistic expression through the development of various activities related to urban culture between four groups of 10 young people each who come from Spain, Italy, Ukraine and France . They were young people of both sexes, aged between 16 and 24 years. The main activity took place in Cáceres between August 28 and September 3, 2019. 1) Provide young people from Cáceres, French, Ukrainians and Italians with a space in which to exchange styles and experiences. 2) Bringing the different manifestations of urban art closer to the public. 3) Develop the artistic creativity of the young participants. 4) Present art in different facets as a way of transmitting messages of European fraternity. 5) Continue with the learning of self-management of youth initiatives, fully involving ourselves in the whole process of creation and development. 6) Innovate in the way of conceiving the involvement of citizens in an artistic creation project. 7) Build bonds of fraternity in the European Union based on an artistic creation project carried out by various countries. 8) Learn and enrich each other from the realization of a common work between young people from different countries. 9) Learn about the experiences of other young artists in their work with minors at risk of social exclusion.
