The general objective of the project is to improve the health habits of the participants, focusing especially on food and physical activity. 1. Regarding food, we will discuss the subject from different perspectives: - Agroecological: what food sovereignty is and why it is important - Cooking: how to cook good and healthy - Nutrition: general information on the composition of foods and the bases for a balanced diet 2. Regarding physical activity, we will focus mainly on activities of body expression, dance, yoga and meditation. And also on the proposals that the participants will do, it depends on the sports they like or they use to practices. 3. Care work, in order to have the relationships as an important sphere of wellbeing. 4. In a transversal way we are going to work on interculturality, seeing differences and meeting points in the conceptions of health, in the habits of cuisine and of sport according to the countries. With this action we propose to address many problems that are interrelated: - the stress of overactivity that we are currently facing - poor diet and diseases linked to nutrition, promoted by processed foods and the rushed pace of life that easily encourages fast food. Obesity, diabetes, cholesterol, have increased exponentially with the expansion of the food industry - growing sedentary lifestyle, due in part to new technologies - the lack of culinary power of many young people, who do not know how to cook and are not aware of the health risks that can cause them - the liquid relationships that we have, due to the instability and constant generalized change, and to the little care work that we do
