This opens up hope for the LABORAL MARKET that as we know it, has evolved since the technological revolution changing and guiding the life habits of the whole society. We live in moments of uncertainty where the weakest link in society has before it the imposing responsibility of sustaining a population ever more ageing while overcoming the high bar that previous generations have left behind. Today's youth will be the first generation to join a labor market where their income no longer depends on a number of hours worked, in a single office, working for a single company with a single boss. The project broadly achieved the objectives set out Objectives -Different European models that enhance technological entrepreneurship were studied and compared, especially in situ the Model of Israel. Being able to know how the civic and community centers of Israel bet on areas of technological coworking where large companies give in to try their new gadgets. We've seen how education policies start betting on subjects like programming and robotics while economic policies begin to create scenarios where the new digital and freelance nomad profile. The project put good practices from different countries on the table and thus compare and study them to prepare for an immediate technological future. -The present and future of the youth worker was drawn in a work scenario where STEM will capitalize on human resources teams From the point of view of non-formal education, employers continue to encounter great difficulties in obtaining skilled staff in social skills, skills and skills professionals directly linked to STEM. The role of the youth worker has to change his methodologies betting on digital ecosystems in trainings (webinars, Coursera model etc) -It was decided to bet on models of innovation that would take advantage of the sharing economy, social entrepreneurship and reduce poverty in the world Technology allows for more egalitarian education, where geographical location is not impeded social growth, sales are possible and the reduction of the social divide is possible. Distance, personalized education and where innovation and creativity are the differential factor in the perceived salary. A more democratic economy is made possible by digital literacy. In this sense, we visited a pioneering project in eastern Jerusalem, where the Muslim minority receive programming training and thus improve their job and economic opportunities. A problem that the Jerusalem City Council is very aware of. -Promoting European mobility in neighbouring eu countries and a global citizenship model through Erasmus Plus seems an appropriate way to indirectly disseminate correct models of social emancipation and economic promotion of young people.
