Our goal was to develop teacher´s professional skills by getting to know the school systems and study culture of different countries and by developing teacher´s language and international skills as well as cultural knowledge. At the same time, our goal was to develop the management of new, innovative teaching methods and digital skills. The Deputy Headmaster also aimed to develop his administrative skills in his own job.
We wanted to apply for the project so that we could implement the renewed curriculum of high school to improve our pedagogical skills, e.g. developing teachers' language skills, international skills and pedagogical skills. Our goal was to learn new teaching methods and gain new ideas for developing and managing school operations. We also hoped to have new contacts through the project.
