Objectives

The objective of the project in short was to improve the language skills of our participants and to have more international and conscientious members of staff. Through their influence we strive for a more international and conscientious school as a whole. For this reason, we considered it important that the entire staff was involved. That's why study counselors, school secretaries, the principal and assistant principal and teachers of six different subject combinations were originally involved.

Background

Our main goals when starting the project were to remain at the forefront of developing new teaching methods, to internationalize the whole school community and to develop the management and school practices of a big school in a sustainable way. Climate issues are taken seriously at our school. Each participant was committed to getting to know how climate change and sustainable development were taken into account in the target country. The goal was to find ways and means that we could also use in our own community in a better and more responsible way.
