The main goal of the project was to enable international mobility periods for the students and staff of the Turku Vocational Institute to develop their professional, intercultural and linguistic skills. At the same time, we aim to simplify the mobility process by standardizing documentation, digitizing paperwork for mobility periods and developing the evaluation process. One of the goals was to develop our international study path and consolidate it into school practice. We aim to develop mobility periods so that students are increasingly able to influence and organize their own exchange periods. During the project, we aim to strengthen students' language skills by offering a coaching course in English.
