The goal of the project is to increase the understanding of cultural diversity and to give all beneficiaries the skill and courage to face diversity and to strengthen the mobility worker's working life skills. With the help of the project, we also want to enable the mobility of students in need of special support or in a weaker position. The goal of the project is to increase and develop the international activities of the educational institutions participating in the network.
Together 3 – Lifelong learning skills for everyone The project will be implemented in the years 2019 - 2021. The project has united two separate networks that have been operating. The network also enables the versatility of smaller organizations' international operations. The project is aimed at students completing vocational basic qualifications, as well as professional and specialized vocational qualifications. Possible exchanges of students who need support with the help of a support person/group mobility. In expert mobility, in addition to the staff of educational institutions, working life from Finland and international working life move to Finland. The addition of the project is an additional understanding of cultural diversity and gives all beneficiaries the skill and courage to face differences and maintain working life skills.
