Our goal was to learn new methods for teaching and promoting inclusion by sharing best practices with our European partners. Our specific goal was to improve our media literacy and learn how to integrate media literacy and critical thinking into our curricula and teaching methods. We also wanted to reinforce our international dimension and create a solid European identity for our staff, and improve their awareness of European cultural heritage. Our goal was to learn about the best practices of partner organisations and build a network that would help us in our future projects. We also wanted to share our expertise and know-how with partner institutions and strengthen the professional network of our staff. Our goal was to improve our staff members' job satisfaction and provide them with the opportunity to expand their social and cultural skills as well as their language skills.
As we had a very good experience with our previous Erasmus+ mobility project, we wanted to continue to offer our staff the opportunity to develop and learn in an international environment. Our goal was to provide staff with opportunities for professional development in a European context and to expand our activities in media literacy and European cultural heritage activities. We also wanted to get ideas and information that would help us update the curriculum and increase staff motivation for development work in general. One key motivation behind this project was also our desire to expand our international network and make new contacts that would benefit not only our institution but also our teachers in their daily work.
