The main aim of the project was to get new ideas and skills for teachers, administration and for all operations of the institute in general. At the time when the application was made, our organization had just had big changes in leadership and also in teaching staff, so the need for new ideas and new perspectives was clear - we we building a new organization.
For a long time the institute had not had any international projects, so we wanted to start with a small Erasmus project in order to learn how to manage a project like this. This is why the number of mobilities was kept very small. We also wanted to see how much interest there would be for international operation like this among the staff.
