Objectives

The main goal of our project is to fight the racism and extremism by bringing together youngsters with different cultural and religious backgrounds and learn together about each other's culture and religion and prejudices and attitudes and find ways and solutions to fight racism. With this project we will facilitate young people on their path of self-discovery regarding belief, tolerance, prejudice, roles they accept and play in everyday life and how that reflects on their life. Activities we will provide for them will empower them so they can face everyday realities and problems they face in their communities. We will focus on three main competences: exploring community around yourself, prejudices and self-expression; accepting diversity, learning to appreciate it and participate more in social activism. The general aim of the project is to increase the awareness of discrimination, racial issues and few other intertwined topics such as stereotypes, human rights and empower youngsters to deal with them in a more effective way in fields of their everyday life. Also to explore influence of racial differences and mindset on personal and professional development, the impact of political, social and cultural life on each individual and to question their own thinking and rights through this process.
