The aim of the study trip is to increase understanding between countries and to share different operating models for working with young people. The main focus of our journey is conversational cooperation and workshop activities. We work with marginal youth group in Finland, for example the youth criminals. One of the essential working method is to cooperate with wide range of professionals from different fileds. We would like to know how the cooperation works in Scotland. We would like to increase our know-how in youth work internationally and find new perspectives and aspects for our everyday work. In addition we strive to tell the scottish actors about finnish youth work, cooperation with the police, conflict processing methods and other methods to prevent social exclusion and criminal behave of the youth.
