We wanted to motivate youngsters for effective adulthood by helping them to realize possibilities that nature offers. We wanted youngsters to learn skills (survival skills in the nature, leadership skills, and team work skills) that can benefit them in the future. In addition we wanted to add communal, regional and international cooperation between participating organizations, scout association and youth workshops. Polish partner wanted to organize in the future similar activities in local level and learn more about topics and from other participants. Macedonian partner wanted YE to motivate youngsters to look for job, or at least find some tips to create some own business. Topic was suitable for them since nature tourism is increasing little by little in North Macedonia. In the future youngsters may find job from that branch. In addition participation to YE increases language skill of all the participants, which is important in tourism among other branches, jobs and studies.
