Aiming to increase number and range of learner and staff mobility, objective was 79 learners and 31 staff members in mobility periods. Students perform 2-10-weeks work-based learning or study periods at partner colleges in 12 countries. Learner mobility supports beneficiaries to acquire the skills needed in the working life and improve their position in the labour market. Safe and high-quality mobility periods for students with special needs will be implemented. Responsible teachers for student's training periods gather information on field-specific procedures and work cultures, and become aware of validation at Savo Vocational College. In addition, PROFF3 includes staff mobility for 4 work place partners in restaurant services, in social and health care and in agricultural sector. In this project, Savo Consortium for Education invites 1 grant for foreign company specialist who will carry out an Hungarian week at restaurant services unit. Furthermore, a locally offered international study module will be tested, and an International Badge system implementation plan for recognition of students' international competence will be developed.
The accredited mobility project Coaching Professionals for the Future 3 (PROFF3) is based on the internationalisation action plan at Savo Vocational College. The overall objective of the PROFF3 project was to provide inclusive and high-quality learning periods at European workplaces and partner schools for students of all vocational qualifications and students in preparatory education and training. Furthermore, the project aimed to enhance staff, such as study counsellors and special needs teachers, to create and expand their international networks and gain knowledge of vocational education and training and working life in Europe.
