- To encourage belonging to a European identity - To improve didactic, managerial and human skills - To impact on existing partnerships
This educational and administrative staff mobility project of the “EPLEFPA Bordeaux-Gironde”, is in line with one of the priorities of the school project, namely “developing European and international openness”. It supports the action of the international co-operation department by fully integrating staff members, whatever their position, in a dynamic of improvement and valorisation of teaching and training activities towards learners being trained at the EPL (Local Public School). It was devised to boost the learners’ mobility by allowing the staff to broaden the scope of their technical, educational and pedagogical skills, while encouraging the discovery of new horizons.
